Cost-effective RGBHV/VGA Extension Using Cat5

Cyan VGA serves up crisp 1600x1200 computer video to 250 feet/76 meters over a single Cat5 cable. Only a single power supply (at the transmitter end) is required as phantom power is passed over the UTP cable to the receiver.

Additionally, a single two-position dipswitch is all that is required to tune the system. Simply select “short” or “long” depending on cable length in order to fine-tune the image.
